Cross-dressing, masturbating ‘tenant from hell’ arrested after terrorizing neighbors in NYC apartment building

A cross-dressing “neighbor from hell” who has been wreaking havoc in the halls of a Bronx apartment complex was arrested after allegedly harassing his neighbor and her son.

Anthony Orozco was taken into custody at his Williamsbridge apartment on Friday around 5:45 p.m., the resident said.

The ordeal was caught by the doorbell camera of his fed-up neighbor and purported victim of the recent rampage, Leiona Celemente. She has an order of protection against him.

“He was threatening my son. I walked to the doorway and told him, ‘You’re not supposed to talk to me or my son so leave us alone,” she told The Post.

“He started screaming some stuff in Spanish, talking about how he hates us and he’s going to get us.”

He then allegedly started banging on her kitchen window with a stick while screaming, she claimed.

Orozco is seen in the footage speaking loudly on the phone as a group of cops hauled him from his home.

He’s been accused of terrorizing other residents by allegedly waving weapons, banging on doors and masterbating in the halls.

“The blonde wig, he messes with me. The pink wig, he messes with the guy on the second floor. The red wig, he messes with the third floor,” Clemente, 44, previously told The Post.
