Porn star writes to judge about Penthouse Pet Adva Lavie’s sex life

A revealing letter to a judge from the porn star ex-husband of Penthouse Pet Adva Lavie exposes secret details about the couple’s sex habits and her flight attendant past.

In the letter addressed to “The Honorable Court of California” and obtained by the California Post, Edan Ives begged for his wife to be freed from her electronic monitoring ankle bracelet by vouching for her character.

“Adva and I met in 2019 when she was working as Flight attendant and I was her passenger,” Ives reveals in the letter. “We fell in love and were married in 2021,” he continues.

Edan Ives, also known as “Big Nick,” is the ex-husband of Lavie.

The porn star then points to their nonconventional sex-filled lifestyle: “We are an open-minded couple that believes in non-monogamous relationships,” adding they plan to start a family.

He also said they had been talking to their rabbi and that Lavie is “dressing modestly” and “working on her emotional and spiritual healing.”

The former Penthouse Pet introduced porn star Ives on her Facebook page in 2021.

The letter, which was written just before billionaire Stephen Cloobeck, 64, proposed to Lavie on Valentine’s Day at a star-studded Las Vegas charity ball, goes on to say her greatest dream was to become a mother.

“She wants to raise a daughter with strength, wisdom, and values. And to teach her never to be exploited by older men who manipulate and take advantage of young women,” the letter reveals.

Prosecutors allege that between 2023 and 2025, Lavie used dating apps to cultivate relationships with wealthy older men across Los Angeles County, including in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood.

The alleged honey trapper is charged with six felonies, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary, and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information.

In court, prosecutors had asked Lavie’s GPS monitoring be updated to alert authorities to restrictions.  Lavie’s wedding to Cloobeck is scheduled for June 18 in Jerusalem.

In the letter Ives explained Lavie’s desire to ditch the ankle monitor so she can move around freely. “She desperately wants to visit her sick mother in Israel who I have met and personally know she loves very much,” he wrote.

He goes on to say: “The ankle monitor has added an unnecessary level of humiliation portraying her as someone dangerous when she is not.”

The Penthouse Pet and her porn star partner filed for a joint divorce in Clark County, Nevada on March 3. The two were previously involved in a 2022 fatal accident that killed a motorcycle rider in Los Angeles.

Ives was arrested on June 8, 2023, and charged with vehicular manslaughter. He was sentenced to 20 days in Los Angeles County jail and was on probation for a year.

A judge has ordered that Lavie is not allowed to leave California without permission. She is expected back in court in mid-May.
