Each individual pixel may be illuminated, dimmed, or even changed color, and the entire system fits inside a very small three-part device that operates ordinary driving lights, adaptive beams, and now this unique projection feature all at once.<\/p>\n<p>\nWhen the car comes to a stop, the system switches into \u2018movie mode\u2019 without the need for any additional equipment, and it can project a roughly 100-inch image onto a nearby wall or flat surface. The image is in full colour, which is adequate for displaying a typical movie, so the scenes appear natural rather than bleached out. During a recent tech conference in Beijing, Huawei had a setup that played entire video clips, live football matches, and basic games. When it\u2019s rainy or foggy, the lights can change their color temperature to help them stand out.
