says Mikel Arteta\u2019s Arsenal will go down as the \u2018best team\u2019 in the club\u2019s history if they win a Premier League and Champions League double.<\/p>\n<p>The Gunners moved another step closer to their first league title since 2004 with a dramatic 1-0 win over West Ham on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Arteta\u2019s side looked set to drop vital points in the title race before Leandro Trossard broke the deadlock at the London Stadium with an 83rd-minute goal.<\/p>\n<p>West Ham should have taken the lead shortly before Arsenal\u2019s opener but David Raya made a superb save to deny Mateus Fernandes from close-range.<\/p>\n<p>The Hammers, battling Arsenal\u2019s north London rivals Tottenham to avoid the final relegation spot, did have the ball in the back of the net in injury-time as Callum Wilson smashed home from a corner.<\/p>\n<p>But the equaliser was ruled out following a lengthy VAR check as West Ham were adjudged to have impeded Raya as he tried to claim the corner kick.<\/p>\n<p>A crucial win in east London leaves Arsenal five points clear of Manchester City with two fixtures to play, though Pep Guardiola\u2019s side have a game in hand.<\/p>\n<figure in 22 years is well within Arsenal\u2019s reach and after that they will try to win their first ever Champions League, taking on holders PSG in the final.<\/p>\n<p>Wright believes winning both trophies would make Arteta\u2019s side the greatest in Arsenal history and surpass the achievements of Arsene Wenger\u2019s Invincibles.<\/p>\n<p>Asked whether a Premier League and Champions League double would put this Arsenal team above the iconic Invincibles, Wright said on Sky Sports: \u2018I think so.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-container shareable-item wp-caption\">\n<div Champions League and to win the Premier League as well\u2026<\/p>\n<p>\u2018As great as that Invincible team was and the individuals they had, this team will surpass them with what\u00a0they\u2019ve\u00a0done because they will have done something that not even that\u00a0great team\u00a0did.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018They will need to get a lot of credit for that for what\u00a0they\u2019ve\u00a0been through and the journey\u00a0under this manager.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018They\u2019re obviously playing a really good PSG\u00a0side\u00a0and it will be a battle of\u00a0styles\u00a0but they have got themselves there and they deserve to be there.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018They\u2019ve\u00a0built this squad and got the players on the bench to help finish\u00a0games.\u00a0They\u2019ve\u00a0done it all up until this point.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018If they can finish it off, which I\u2019m praying they can, of course they have to\u00a0go down as
