Multiple sources told The Post that JPMorgan\u2019s internal probe \u2014 which reviewed emails, records, and devices \u2014 found zero evidence of wrongdoing. Hajdini cooperated fully; Rana did not, the bank said.<\/p>\n<p>The Post also reported on Monday that Rana apparently lied to the bank about his father dying so he could collect paid leave \u2014 and apparently used the time off to prepare the bombshell lawsuit against Lorna Hajdini and his employer. Despite sources saying he used time off for bereavement, The Post found Rana\u2019s father alive and well on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>In Rana\u2019s new filing, one alleged witness \u2014 who appears to be a family friend of Rana\u2019s \u2014 says he was staying at an apartment while visiting New York City and was woken up by Hajdini\u2019s drunken antics in the middle of the night.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Rana\u2019s new filing includes an anonymous witness statement from a friend who claims Hajdini invited him to join a threesome with her and Rana. <span class=\"credit\">TikTok\/@dudesinsuitsnyc<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>He attempted to go back to sleep, but a \u201ccompletely naked\u201d Hajdini woke him up.<\/p>\n<p>Hajdini sat on the couch he was sleeping on, lit a cigarette and began begging that he \u201cjoin them\u201d in the bedroom, the document claims.<\/p>\n<p>Despite refusing several times, the mystery witness claims Hajdini told him \u201cyou know I own [redacted], so you better come join.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After she returned to the bedroom, he claims that he could hear Rana pleading \u201cno, no, no, you have to leave. I\u2019m not going to do this. Please stop.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>A JPMorgan internal probe found no evidence of wrongdoing by Hajdini. <span class=\"credit\">Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hajdini left the apartment later in the night, and the stunned Rana emerged, sharing his story of how Hajdini \u201cconstantly harassed him and forced him to engage in sexual behavior with her on a number of occasions,\u201d the docs say.<\/p>\n<p>Rana allegedly recalled that Hajdini threatened him with \u201ctrouble\u201d if he didn\u2019t comply, and \u201creiterated his concern that Ms. Hajdini was blackmailing him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That affirmation also claims witnessing Hajdini be \u201chandsy\u201d with Rana at a concert for Norwegian DJ Kygo at Barclay\u2019s Center earlier that month.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Rana claims the alleged harassment has left him with PTSD. <span class=\"credit\">Facebook\/Baruna Rana<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The other anonymous affirmation \u2014 seemingly from the owner of the apartment where the family friend was staying \u2014 claims that he saw Hajdini kissing Rana\u2019s neck on the street sometime during the summer of 2024.<\/p>\n<p>And in September 2024, she overheard them entering her apartment building, recalling that Hajdini said something that sounded like \u201cI own you Brownie.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Both affirmations were signed last July, records show.<\/p>\n<p>Other exhibits include an affirmation from Rana, who argues he should proceed anonymously because the alleged events have left him with PTSD.<\/p>\n<p>A letter from Johnathan Alpert, an executive psychotherapist, claims to confirm his PTSD diagnosis.<\/p>\n<p>Rana cites a June 2025 email to Alpert claiming that he had \u201cnot slept in weeks\u201d and was \u201cunable to eat,\u201d was hearing Hajdini\u2019s voice in his head and \u201cI feared for my own safety\u201d and for his family\u2019s.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- \u603b\u5bb9\u5668\uff1a\u6700\u5927\u5bbd908px Grid\u7d27\u51d1\u5e03\u5c40 -->\r\n<div style=\"display: grid;
