She was released as the case proceeds and is due back in court in June.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Olivia Henderson was indicted in Oswego County Court for allegedly filming a naked customer and posting it on TikTok. <span class=\"credit\">LocalSYR<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The indictment stems from an Oct. 12, 2025 incident in which prosecutors say Henderson recorded a man asleep on his couch without pants by filming through his front doorway, then shared the clip on TikTok.<\/p>\n<p>The video, which showed the man inside his home, quickly went viral and reached nearly 30 million views before it was removed.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Court documents accuse Henderson of \u201cdegrading\u201d the victim by recording \u201cintimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person\u2019s knowledge or consent.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Henderson had claimed the encounter amounted to sexual harassment and filed a police report after posting the video.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me,\u201d she said in the TikTok video.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In the TikTok, Henderson claimed the customer sexual harassed her, but authorities determined he was passed out drunk. <span class=\"credit\">LocalSYR<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>But investigators later determined the man was passed out drunk inside his home and had not interacted with Henderson.<\/p>\n<p>She was subsequently arrested and charged with one count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.<\/p>\n<p>Henderson first appeared in court in December 2025 in Oswego City Court, where video of the proceeding circulated widely on social media.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Henderson is due back in court in June and she faces up to eight years in prison if convicted. <span class=\"credit\">LocalSYR<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>At Friday\u2019s arraignment, Oswego County Judge Armen Nazarian did not allow cameras in the courtroom.<\/p>\n<p>Henderson declined to comment when approached by reporters outside court.<\/p>\n<p>DoorDash previously said her account was deactivated following the incident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPosting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is the sole reason that this Dasher\u2019s account was deactivated, along with the customer\u2019s, while we investigated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Henderson remains free without bail as the case moves forward.<\/p>\n<p>If convicted, she faces up to eight years in prison.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- \u603b\u5bb9\u5668\uff1a\u6700\u5927\u5bbd908px Grid\u7d27\u51d1\u5e03\u5c40 -->\r\n<div style=\"display: grid;
