Yeah, I\u2019d have those three, with John at two.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Stephen Hendry would still be on many lists of the greatest three players of all-time, but Robertson\u2019s opinion is one shared by six-time world champion Steve Davis.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking of four-time world champ Selby, Davis said: \u2018He\u2019s probably the most underrated player in the game by the general public who don\u2019t watch enough snooker to realise how talented he is.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I think he\u2019s top three standard ever. Ronnie O\u2019Sullivan, John Higgins and Mark Selby. The actual standard. Mark Williams is in there as well. But an astonishing standard he [Selby] can produce, relentless stuff and once he\u2019s in the zone, what a player.\u2019<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img-container shareable-item wp-caption\">\n<div class=\"img-wrap\">\n\t\t<img width=\"646\" height=\"431\" src=\"https:\/\/metro.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/GettyImages-2211688270.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all&amp;w=646\" class=\"article-image wp-image-28064777\" alt=\"Halo World Championship 2025 - Day 5\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>\t<\/div><figcaption>Mark Selby has made his way up the all-time lists of many people (Picture: Getty Images)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>After beating Chris Wakelin in the second round on Monday, Robertson looked ahead to the clash with Higgins, feeling that he has had the better of their encounters of late.<\/p>\n<p>The Aussie does hold a winning record against the Scot, but the most recent match, which came at the Players Championship in Telford in February was won 6-1 by Higgins.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I\u2019ve had the better of it recently,\u2019 said Robertson on the BBC. \u2018But it\u2019s not going to affect John.
