Five others were wounded, including Odom\u2019s two classmates.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Odom had raved about her spring break trip to the Big Apple exactly one week before she was killed, according to NOLA.<\/p>\n<p>The senior, who was an editor for the student newspaper The Authored Ascencion, shared a detailed recap of her trip to Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis spring break was one to remember for my family as we took a much-anticipated trip to New York City! We lost one of our own. Our beautiful dancer, Martha Odom,\u201d The Ballet Studio wrote on Facebook. \u201cA bright light \u2014 fearless, joyful, full of life. The kind of soul that fills a room without even trying.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur studio feels different today. Quieter. Heavier. Ready for some great things in life, and so it\u2019s tragic, and it\u2019s sad,\u201d Boulet said, according to WAFB. \u201cYoungsters with guns is never a good idea unless it\u2019s in a blind hunting ducks.
