Jury selection kicks off April 27, with major implications for the future of the ChatGPT maker and any potential Wall Street debut.<\/p>\n<p>Musk is even pushing for Altman to be removed from leadership if the court finds wrongdoing \u2014 a nuclear option that could reshape the AI giant overnight.<\/p>\n<p>But if either side thinks they can outmaneuver the court, Gonzalez Rogers has already signaled otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe court will not waste precious judicial resources on the parties\u2019 gamesmanship,\u201d she wrote in a prior ruling.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s not her first rodeo with tech titans.
