Anna Paulina Luna, who has put the expulsion threat up to Swalwell\u2019s throat for days, says she\u2019ll fulfill her promise if he doesn\u2019t resign fast enough.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf Congressman Swalwell has not resigned with the Clerk of the House by 2 PM today, I will continue my resolution regarding his expulsion,\u201d she wrote on X, adding she plans to do the same for Republican Rep. Anna Paulina Luna speaks to the press. <span class=\"credit\">Matthew McDermott for NY Post<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Swalwell, his career and image shredded with several rape and sexual misconduct allegations, ended his California gubernatorial campaign and said on Monday that he \u201cplans\u201d to resign his House seat in California\u2019s 14th congressional district.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>He suggested the delay would be to \u201censure\u201d his staff would be able to \u201cserve the needs of the good people\u201d of his district. The California politician also noted any effort to oust him from Congress without due process is \u201cwrong.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Luna alleges that Swalwell\u2019s problems are about to get worse. She believes he\u2019ll end up in jail due to a video released showing him kissing an unknown woman.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do think he has serious criminal problems on his hands and I do think he might end
