I mean, this is a special force mission. It would take about a week to ten days to get done. They know how to do it. It\u2019s dangerous,\u201d Haley told CNN\u2019s \u201cState of the Union\u201d on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not something that we can, you know, just sit and think is casual. I think they have to do it. Instead, he has publicly warned Iran that the US is monitoring its nuclear sites via satellite and will strike if Iran attempts to recover its stockpiles.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>Experts have suggested that if Iran\u2019s stockpiles of uranium were fully enriched to 90%, they\u2019d have enough material for at least 10 nuclear bombs.<\/p>\n<p>Iranian state media indicated that it has deployed its Navy special forces\u00a0on the southern coast amid concerns that the US will\u00a0put boots on the ground.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u00a0has\u00a0sent thousands of troops to the Middle East to buttress those already stationed there.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cThat\u2019s probably what it\u2019s going to come down to. It\u2019s dangerous,\u201d Haley said. <span class=\"credit\">CNN<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Trump has also repeatedly refused to rule out\u00a0the possibility of\u00a0a ground assault,\u00a0telling The Post last month, \u201cI don\u2019t have the yips with respect to boots on the ground.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Haley, who ran against Trump\u00a0in 2024 for the\u00a0GOP nomination, has largely supported the president\u2019s military campaign against Iran. On Saturday, Vice President JD Vance\u00a0announced that \u201cwe have not reached an agreement,\u201d and\u00a0US\u00a0officials left. The president then declared that the US will establish a blockade in the Strait of Hormuz until Iran stops trying to collect tolls.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn many ways, the\u00a0points that were agreed to\u00a0are better than us continuing our\u00a0Military Operations\u00a0to conclusion, but all of those points don\u2019t matter compared to allowing\u00a0Nuclear Power\u00a0to be in the hands of such volatile, difficult, unpredictable people,\u201d Trump claimed in a\u00a0Truth Social\u00a0post. \u201cThat doesn\u2019t matter because they were very unyielding\u00a0as to\u00a0the single most important issue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), the top Democrat on the Senate Intelligence Committee, warned that any attempt to retrieve the nuclear material via special forces would be very complicated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese are\u00a0canisters, 1,000 pounds, very volatile,\u00a0it would not be\u00a0some\u00a0simple operation.\u00a0It\u00a0would take 10,000 troops on the ground guarding a perimeter,\u201d Warned told CNN\u2019s \u201cState of the Union\u201d on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019d have to send special operators in, and the Iranians could then bomb their own facility, potentially trapping our troops, and this volatile uranium would be very, very dangerous.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- \u603b\u5bb9\u5668\uff1a\u6700\u5927\u5bbd908px Grid\u7d27\u51d1\u5e03\u5c40 -->\r\n<div style=\"display: grid;
