To the casual passerby, it\u2019s a postcard of the American Dream. To those in the know, it\u2019s a living movie set.<\/p>\n<p>The House of Mouse has spent decades quietly snapping up all the single-family homes on the east side of the street, according to a report by SFGate. At the time, Disney executives pinky-swore to nervous neighbors that they were just buying a few houses for \u201ctemporary housing for relocated managers\u201d and had no plans to bulldoze the block for a studio expansion. <\/p>\n<p>While the street is open to public traffic, it isn\u2019t just a residential zone \u2014 it\u2019s kind of like a backlot in disguise. If it looks familiar, that\u2019s because you\u2019ve probably seen it on the silver screen before. Keystone Street has served as the backdrop for everything from the 1971 classic The Million Dollar Duck to the gritty series Wicked City.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter
