She would be rude to all the girls.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cEverybody knew something wasn\u2019t right with her,\u201d Ashley Fisler\u2019s former student said.  <span class=\"credit\">Paul Fisler\/Instagram<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The former student\u00a0alleged\u00a0that Fisler, who worked at the Washington Township school from 2014 to 2023, was obsessed with making sure her male students liked her \u2014 and followed them on Instagram.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEvery year [the school]\u00a0would do awards\u00a0and she would never choose any females,\u201d she said. \u201cIt was always, always, always, always, always some guy who was on the cuter side and in football or baseball.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe was a very weird woman, a very weird woman.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-primary-tag\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cShe would try to be cute \u2014 and just because you\u2019re young and pretty doesn\u2019t mean that you . . . can act like that to underage kids.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Parent Kelly De Angelis claimed Fisler wore clothing that was better suited for the club than the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe needs a lot of help,\u201d the mother said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>A person on Facebook who identified themselves as Tami Carr, a school mom, posted: \u201cMy daughter and I saw her on several occasions, walking throughout the township.\u00a0She even walked right by my house with these two boys on a Saturday night at 8 p.m.\u00a0She was dressed \u2018provocatively\u2019 for a woman her age.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Fisler sobbed in court when she was denied bail.  <span class=\"credit\">Gloucester County Court<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ironically,\u00a0her husband\u00a0proposed to her in her Orchard Valley classroom in 2018, the same room where in 2021 she allegedly had sex with a student\u00a0six times\u00a0when he was 13 and 14. <\/p>\n<p>They also had trysts in a car.<\/p>\n<p>Fisler allegedly began grooming the victim when he was just 12,\u00a0according to Gloucester county prosecutor Kylie Finley.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She allegedly continued sexting him for years \u2014 as recently as January.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Fisler\u2019s husband\u00a0proposed to her in the same Orchard Valley classroom where she allegedly had sex with a student\u00a0six times\u00a0when he was 13 and 14.  <span class=\"credit\">Facebook\/April DeStefano<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"> <span class=\"credit\">Ashley Fisler \/ Facebook<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Finley claimed in court Wednesday that her office had 7,500 pages of incriminating text messages between the educator and the boy, including the victim desperately trying to cut ties with Fisler. <\/p>\n<p>They also allegedly exchanged nude photos.<\/p>\n<p>According to Finley, the victim wrote to Fisler on Jan. 2, 2025: \u201cI\u00a0have to try really hard to rebuild the things you broke inside of me. You destroyed things inside of me. You stripped me of my innocence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In January of this year Fisler continued to text the teen for days even after he texted: \u201cI don\u2019t want you in my life anymore,\u201d Finley claimed.<\/p>\n<p>At least two other male students received inappropriate texts from Fisler, the prosecutor alleged.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>Fisler is due back in court on May 14.  <span class=\"credit\">Salem County Jail<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Fisler\u00a0sobbed in court as Judge William Ziegler\u00a0denied her bail Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>She was charged with\u00a0six\u00a0counts of sexual assault of a minor, one count of endangering the welfare of a child, and one count of official misconduct.<\/p>\n<p>The top charges carry a maximum of 20 years in prison, while both second-degree charges carry a maximum of 10 years.<\/p>\n<p>Fisler\u2019s lawyer, Rocco Cipparone, told\u00a0The Post\u00a0his client plans to \u201caggressively present a defense to those charges.\u201d He characterized stories now being told about his client\u00a0as unreliable gossip.<\/p>\n<div class=\"single__inline-module inline-module inline-module--newsletter aligncenter inline-module--nypostbusinessunit aligncenter wp-block-nypost-editor-newsletter\" data-source-unit=\"Inline Newsletter Module Morning Report\">\n<div class=\"inline-module__inner\">\n<div class=\"inline-module__title-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"inline-module__unsubmitted-title-wrapper\">\n<h3 class=\"inline-module__title headline headline--combo-sm-md\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tStart your day with all you need to know\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n<p class=\"inline-module__cta\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMorning Report delivers the latest news, videos, photos and more.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><h3 class=\"inline-module__title headline headline--combo-sm-md\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThanks for signing up!\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Fisler, whose maiden name is Sulla, taught social studies, but appears to have left teaching altogether.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After she stopped teaching, she launched her own apparel company selling unofficial merchandise for the Philadelphia Eagles, according to her business\u2019 Facebook profile.<\/p>\n<p>She also worked as a business administrator for her husband\u2019s landscaping business in Sewell, N.J., her LinkedIn profile shows.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe district is aware of the charges announced by the Gloucester County Prosecutor\u2019s Office regarding a former middle school teacher.
