It\u2019s looking like the Championship,\u2019 Waddle told 10bet. \u2018I\u2019m really concerned and worried about what is happening\u00a0at the football club.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I cannot believe a club of that size are in the position that they\u2019re in.\u00a0After the result against Forest, Tottenham are basically the favourites for that third relegation spot.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Hopefully three or four players will come back [after the international break], but are they good enough? Can they roll up their sleeves?<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I\u2019m not convinced that this group of players have got enough about them to stop the rot. Tottenham are miles off the pace. <\/p>\n<p>\u2018The players need to take some responsibility, but the main culprit are the board and leadership of the club. The players aren\u2019t good enough and that isn\u2019t going to change if a new manager comes in.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I\u2019m looking at the squad, looking at individuals that don\u2019t look like they\u2019ve got the stomach or the ability to pull the club out of the hole it\u2019s in.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Tottenham have the best stadium in the country and the best training facilities. They don\u2019t have the best players and until the board changes its recruitment policy, then the club will always struggle. No disrespect to Gallagher, but if Atletico were happy to let him go after a season and a half, then alarm bells should be ringing.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Don\u2019t blame the manager for Tottenham\u2019s problems. It isn\u2019t Igor Tudor\u2019s fault. The people that run the club must take responsibility.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Tottenham are in a fight. They\u2019ve got seven games to save their season. The only people that can save them now are the players.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Am I confident they will do it?
