SuperfastMatt\u2019s oversized Razor-style scooter has that effect. Actually, this crazy device was the channel\u2019s debut endeavor. Matt purchased a regular Razor scooter and then spent a significant amount of time modeling it in CAD and scaling everything up. He ended up with a beast of a scooter that was well over 20 feet long. The problem was that it was far too long to store and too wide to turn in any standard parking area. So Matt changed his strategy. He chose to utilize a fat-tired electric scooter wheel as his target scale instead. Matt stiffened it using two-by-fours spanning the length of it before installing a half-inch plywood top plate. Electronics and the rear motor wheel were then tucked between the wooden rails. Matt got the parts that made the scooter move from a secondhand fat-tire scooter. He even fixed the battery cells himself (at the time) before eventually replacing the entire pack with a new one a few years later when it finally died after years and years of neglect. To top it all off, Matt wrapped an aluminum sheet around the wood, giving it the appearance of a massive Razor scooter, and he even added a tread strip down the middle for good measure.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.techeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/26004336\/superfastmatt-worlds-largest-two-wheeled-scooter-2.jpg\" alt=\"SuperfastMatt World's Largest Two-Wheeled Scooter\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"\/><br \/>Other projects finally diverted Matt\u2019s focus away from this beloved beast. He spent some time working on motorcycle engine swaps and briefly created a Tesla setup in a 1950s Jaguar. There was also a ground-up land-speed automobile, an off-road Viper, house moves that moved the scooter around corners and onto a shelf, and even a Pandemic that canceled a desert event that was supposed to be the scooter\u2019s big debut.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.techeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/26004350\/superfastmatt-worlds-largest-two-wheeled-scooter-3.jpg\" alt=\"SuperfastMatt World's Largest Two-Wheeled Scooter\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"\/><br \/>As a result, the scooter sat idle for years, with the battery eventually failing. Just when it looked like the entire thing was going to be discarded, Matt was able to scrounge together some fresh packs from a different constructor and get it functioning again. Nonetheless, low-speed steering was shaky and necessitated a rather large turning radius, similar to a battleship. That is, until Matt managed to steal some lower handlebars from a genuine Razor scooter, which made a significant improvement in control.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.techeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/26004359\/superfastmatt-worlds-largest-two-wheeled-scooter-4.jpg\" alt=\"SuperfastMatt World's Largest Two-Wheeled Scooter\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"\/><br \/>It took a 3D printer to unlock the last few parts that were required. Matt printed covers to conceal the forks, printed tubes, and a functional clamp that allowed the upper bars to telescope in and out while locking. He even added some foam exercise rollers for increased grip. He also made the fork covers face the opposite direction, which differed from the original Razor design. Just to be careful, Matt added some substantial steel angle reinforcements when the platform cracked on a beach return trip. Matt also added button-head bolts that look like rivets on a real Razor to complete the image.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.techeblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/26004407\/superfastmatt-worlds-largest-two-wheeled-scooter-5.jpg\" alt=\"SuperfastMatt World's Largest Two-Wheeled Scooter\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\"\/><br \/>Out on the road, this thing really attracts attention. So, whether it\u2019s children, adults, or runners going by, everyone reacts the same way: they all give it a second glance and, in some cases, get on for a ride as Matt steps away. At the desert ceremony where it was eventually unveiled, it even became a picture opportunity, with people clamoring for photographs and video footage. For the record, Matt also installed two standard Razors on the rear deck to accommodate guests, however having several riders made maneuvering tight spaces a bit difficult. After all, a scooter must be capable of transporting its passengers safely. Oliver Tree\u2019s prior huge scooter was slightly taller and longer, but only had three wheels.
