I don\u2019t care if it is Trump or Biden. I will hang everyone for treason.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Two months later, Holgate called the field office again, threatening to \u201chang his a** for treason\u201d and saying that no one was safe from him, including the First Lady and Supreme Court justices.<\/p>\n<p>Holgate was released from custody on January 21 and was ordered to live in a halfway house.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>In a June 2024 call to the Secret Service, Holgate said, \u201cI have the right to kill the president.\u201d <span class=\"credit\">Austin Police Department<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Just weeks after being released from prison, Holgate\u2019s probation officer filed a petition to revoke his probation for several violations, including continued\u00a0death threats toward the president.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHolgate has made multiple threatening statements via text message to his probation officer,\u201d the petition alleged. \u201cProbable cause has been established that a\u00a0violation of supervised release\u00a0has been committed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Holgate sent his probation officer several text messages that included \u201cTrump\u2019s gonna fkn pardon me or I\u2019ll kill him!!!!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re with me or You\u2019re a traitor &amp; infidel that\u2019s taken the Mark of the beast. &amp; Hell? That won\u2019t last forever. Second death. You\u2019ll be erased,\u201d Holgate wrote in another message to his probation officer.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>\u201cI will kill everyone,\u201d Holgate said. \u201cThe president is going to die. I don\u2019t care if it is Trump or Biden. In addition to making threats, Holgate failed to report to a meeting with his probation officer and left the halfway house.
