due to a vermin infestation, according to a recent Los Angeles Public Health Department notice.<\/p>\n<p>A LA County Public Health rep told The California Post that an inspection found five live roaches in the kitchen area at WeHo Bistro, and dead roaches in the bar and dry goods storage area.<\/p>\n<p>WeHo Bistro received two \u201cmajor\u201d violations, including one for the vermin-related category, and one \u201cminor\u201d violation during a recent inspection.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><figcaption>A LA County Public Health class=\"credit\">Google<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The notice said the restaurant, popular for its \u201ccasual French flair\u00a0and\u00a0inspiration,\u201d closed on Wednesday and is classed in the \u201cRESTAURANT (31-60) SEATS HIGH RISK\u201d category.<\/p>\n<p>It docked the bistro 11 points for \u201cNo insects, rodents, birds or animals present,\u201d four points for \u201cFood contact surfaces: clean and sanitized\u201d and two points for \u201cProper hot and cold holding temperatures.\u201d<\/p>\n<aside class=\"single__inline-module aligncenter place for his patrons to dine at.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo my goal was to have a place people want to come to all the time, and to embrace where we were and bring a little life to this corner,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He said most of his customers are repeat patrons, some of whom remark that they feel like they\u2019re in a different place when they dine there.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the things that I noticed from talking to people here every day is WeHo Bistro reminds them of a place they like,\u201d he said. \u201cAnother place than from where they come from, whether it\u2019s Montreal, Paris,
