It is not a shortage of information. Modern fleet management generates more data than most organizations can act on: stop times, route durations, idle minutes, failed attempt rates, capacity utilization by zone. The data is there. What has been missing is the ability to access it in a form that supports a decision, at the moment a decision actually needs to be made.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most operations work around this by building reports after the fact or relying on analysts to pull numbers manually.
