the brewery is now owned by former staffer Brad Bergman. <span class=\"credit\">Sarah Taylor Brigham<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cMy deepest hope is that the legal process brings [the victim] the justice, care and protection they deserve.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The fallout for the brewery was severe as scores of major retailers \u2014 including Publix and Lowe\u2019s Foods \u2014 ripped the beer from their shelves.<\/p>\n<p>In March, the taproom shuttered briefly before suddenly reopening as Club West Brewing.<\/p>\n<p>The company is now owned by one of Sycamore Brewing\u2019s former staffers, Brad Bergman, WCNC reported. <\/p>\n<p>The rebrand and ownership shift was reportedly an attempt to provide a \u201cfresh start\u201d\u00a0from the criminal case, according to the outlet. <\/p>\n<p>Brigham, for his part, remains locked up on a $11 million bond.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He is due to face court again next month.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><!-- \u603b\u5bb9\u5668\uff1a\u6700\u5927\u5bbd908px Grid\u7d27\u51d1\u5e03\u5c40 -->\r\n<div style=\"display: grid;
